What it’s like to work together, step by step…
Every space tells a story – and we’re here to help you tell yours. Here’s a look at what you can expect when we work together:
We’ll start with a warm, no-pressure conversation to get to know each other and explore your space, style, and goals. Whether you have a clear vision or need help uncovering one, this is where we begin aligning our ideas.
Following our chat, we’ll send over a custom proposal outlining the scope, fees and timeline. Once you’re happy and we’ve signed the agreement, we’ll welcome you into the project and share what comes next.
This is the fun part – where we dive deep into your space and inspiration. We’ll take measurements, collect photos and gather any details we need to build a strong foundation.
Now the ideas begin to take shape. We’ll create mood boards, layout options and an overall design direction that reflects your style and meets your needs. You’ll start to see your space in a whole new light.
We’ll walk through the full design concept—furniture selections, finishes, materials, floor plans and any custom elements. Your feedback is essential here and we’ll guide you through every decision.
Based on your thoughts, we’ll fine-tune the design until it feels just right. Once approved, we’ll compile all the final details into a clear, actionable design package so it’s ready to bring to life.
We are happy to coordinate with your appointed contractor and their team, to help ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible. Making ourselves available for site visits, answering queries and providing design solutions that may arise during the construction and fitout phase.
With all the pieces in place, we’ll over see the final installation of your space with care – keeping an eye on the details and the final touches that make it feel uniquely yours. From furniture placement to pillow fluffing, this is where the magic really happens.
We’ll do a final walkthrough together and you’ll get to see your vision fully realised. It’s one of our favourite moments – and hopefully one of yours too.
